The Waagner-Biro panel bridge system (Bailey-type) has been successfully used for temporary site bridges. In October 2003, several temporary bridges were installed at the building site of the “Bindermichl” junction of the motorway A7 "Mühlkreisautobahn": a 42m long replacement bridge

for road traffic as per Austrian Standard ÖNORM 4002 (bridge class I) and two footbridges crossing the A7 with a total length of 61m each. The road bridge was installed via launching under the supervision of Waagner-Biro
